CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation by Customer:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
  • To cancel, email us at contact@bhoomoo.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9187964937
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched
  • If your order has already been dispatched, please follow our return process below

Order Cancellation by BhooMoo:

  • BhooMoo reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
    • Product out of stock
    • Incorrect pricing
    • Payment issues
    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
    • In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days

RETURN SHIPPING

Defective or Wrong Item Received:

  • Return shipping fully covered by BhooMoo
  • We will arrange a pickup at no charge

Size Exchange:

  • Return shipping covered by BhooMoo
  • We will arrange a pickup at no charge

Change of Mind Returns:

  • Return shipping charges to be borne by the customer
  • Customer to self-ship to our address:

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • BhooMoo is not responsible for items lost in return transit
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Item must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been washed or used
  • Items without original tags
  • Gift sets once opened
  • Items purchased during special sales (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email contact@bhoomoo.com with:
    1. Order number
    2. Product name
    3. Reason for return
    4. Photos of the product
  2. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours
  3. We will arrange a pickup from your address at no extra charge
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, refund will be processed within 7 business days

REFUND POLICY

  • All refunds are no questions asked
  • Refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method:
      - Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
      - UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
      - Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos of the defective item
  • We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund - your choice
  • Return shipping will be fully covered by BhooMoo

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are accepted for size issues
  • Subject to availability of the requested size
  • Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Email contact@bhoomoo.com to initiate an exchange
