We currently do not do International Deliveries
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Free shipping on all orders above Rs.999
- Standard shipping: Rs.99 for orders below Rs.999
- No hidden charges
ORDER TRACKING
We ship via India Post. Tracking details will be shared via email within 24 hours of dispatch.Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Every BhooMoo order is packed with love:
- Eco-friendly courier bag
- BhooMoo thank you card
- All packaging is recyclable and earth-friendly
FAILED DELIVERY
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:
- Courier will attempt delivery 3 times
- After 3 failed attempts, order will be returned to BhooMoo
- Customer will be contacted for re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply)
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
- If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery
- Email contact@bhoomoo.com within 48 hours with photos
- We will arrange immediate replacement or full refund
